Accelerating healthcare delivery with modular construction
Accelerating healthcare delivery through modular construction

The development of a new Allied Health Building required a modern modular solution capable of accommodating a combination of clinical and non-clinical healthcare services. The project needed to be delivered quickly to reduce timescales and enable patients and healthcare professionals to occupy the new facilities as early as possible.

Algeco delivered a turnkey modular healthcare facility designed to provide high-quality clinical spaces while supporting efficient hospital operations.

The Challenge

A new two-storey Allied Health Building was required to accommodate a range of hospital services within a modern, purpose-designed environment. The solution needed to accelerate delivery while providing specialist facilities for both clinical and non-clinical functions.

The Solution

Algeco supplied 84 modular units, creating 1,300 m² of healthcare space within a two-storey facility.

The completed building included X-ray rooms, consultation rooms, operating theatres, recovery rooms, rehabilitation gymnasium, offices, meeting rooms, reception and waiting areas, providing a comprehensive environment for a wide range of hospital services.

Delivered in 16 weeks, the project reduced construction time and enabled patients and staff to occupy the new facilities well ahead of schedule.
