The project needed to be delivered quickly to reduce timescales and enable patients and healthcare professionals to occupy the new facilities as early as possible.
Algeco delivered a turnkey modular healthcare facility designed to provide high-quality clinical spaces while supporting efficient hospital operations.

The completed building included X-ray rooms, consultation rooms, operating theatres, recovery rooms, rehabilitation gymnasium, offices, meeting rooms, reception and waiting areas, providing a comprehensive environment for a wide range of hospital services.
Delivered in 16 weeks, the project reduced construction time and enabled patients and staff to occupy the new facilities well ahead of schedule.
