The construction of an 80 MW data centre required the rapid delivery of temporary facilities to support site operations within a demanding timeframe. A fully integrated turnkey solution was required that could be mobilised quickly while providing high-quality accommodation for office and welfare functions.
Algeco delivered a modular solution tailored to the project’s operational requirements, complete with essential building services to create a fully operational working environment.
Temporary accommodation was required to support the construction of the 80 MW data centre. With a short delivery timeline, the solution needed to be installed quickly while providing functional spaces for technical offices, dining, changing facilities and site management.
Algeco supplied a turnkey modular solution comprising 136 modular units across two buildings, creating 1,600 m² of temporary space.
The completed facilities included technical offices, a site office, dining room and changing rooms. To create a fully operational working environment, the project also incorporated HVAC systems, access control turnstiles, fire extinguishers and furniture.
The entire solution was delivered in 16 weeks, enabling site operations to be established quickly.
