Stegra Green Hydrogen
The development of a green hydrogen production facility required high-quality temporary accommodation for a large on-site workforce. The solution needed to be delivered quickly, located close to the production facility and designed to provide a safe, comfortable living environment throughout the project.
Algeco delivered a fully integrated turnkey accommodation solution, combining high-quality modular buildings with enhanced security, premium living standards and long-term adaptability.
Temporary accommodation was required for 700 workers, located within one mile of the production facility. Fast delivery was essential to support workforce productivity, while providing high standards of comfort, safety and convenience throughout the project.
Algeco supplied 16 turnkey accommodation buildings, providing housing for 700 workers within one mile of the facility.
Each room was equipped with a private kitchen and finished to a premium standard, while enhanced site security helped create a safe and secure living environment. The modular buildings were also designed for future adaptability, supporting long-term use beyond the initial project.
The completed development comprised 1,000 modular units, creating 25,000 m² of accommodation space, with a phased delivery approach completed in just two stages.
